We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded Ecommerce Inside Sales Specialist to spearhead our online sales initiatives and drive growth across the USA market.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for Americas customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer support.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to generate leads.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach.
- Manage and grow business via existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads generated from various campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Proven experience of 3-4 years in Inside sales, preferably a part of it in selling via E-Commerce
- Excellent customer service.
- Detail Oriented and good time management.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a go-getter attitude, constantly seeking opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and emerging technologies.
- Target-driven and proactive approach to meet and exceed performance objectives.
- Previous experience in Shopify a plus.
- Able to commute to the office and work on a team environment.
