About Us:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Norbar Torque Tools, a division of Snap-on Incorporated, as an Inside Sales Engineer & CRM Administrator
In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing orders, help implement a new CRM program for a growing sales team, ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers.
About the Role:
We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team
In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales by prospecting for new leads, qualifying opportunities, and converting them into satisfied customers.

•   Generate leads through email outreach, as well as following up on inbound inquiries via email or the website.

•   Identify customer needs and challenges through active listening and questioning.

•   Present product or service features and benefits in a compelling and informative way.

•   Provide pricing and supplementary information to close deals.

•   Maintain and update a NEW CRM system with accurate customer information and sales data.

•   Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

•   Exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.

•   Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably B2B.

•   Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•   Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively demonstrate product/service value.

•   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

•   Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

•   CRM experience a plus.
