Position Summary:

This position is responsible for meeting assigned quota for all Client's Engineering Solutions subscription products and technology . The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for developing pipeline and closing new subscription revenue accounts only. Sales Associate will prospect via outbound campaigns into whitespace opportunities to generate new business and convert existing Client Retail customers to subscription.

General Responsibilities:

Retire assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales quota.

Develop relationships with new customers to ensure long term partnerships.

Qualify and follow up with new sales opportunities via inbound and outbound call activities.

Ensures that accurate forecasting, pipeline management and all sales processes managed quickly and efficiently.

Continued product education to provide world-class customer delight.

Possesses in depth knowledge of products and services able to articulate our value proposition.

Specific Job Duties:

Building pipeline and selling subscription products i.e. Does not require cold calling.

Required Education:

College degree and/or 1-2 years B2B sales experience.

Required Experience:

1-2 years B2B sales experience.

Strong customer service and tele sales skills preferred. Bilingual not a requirement but useful.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Superior closing, problem solving and decision-making skills.
