Manage habitational real estate underwriting program ensuring that underwriting practices and guidelines are followed and pricing, risk selection, and quality is sound. Establish and promote underwriting best-practices to guide team members in profitable and sustainable underwriting activities. Provide guidance, leadership, and motivation to staff underwriters, training team members in novel techniques.
