Input Operations Assistant - Crop Machinery & Semi Operation and Maintenance

Responsibilities:
- Repair & maintenance of farm equipment & buildings
- Large machine operation (i.e. semi driving (no CDL required), farm equipment, backhoe/excavator)
- Cleaning out grain bins
- Other farm duties as needed
- Work with team to carry out mission of farm
Skills: The following are not required at an expert level. Basic knowledge preferred with a willingness to learn.
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- Mechanically inclined
- Welding
- Electrical (read wiring diagram)
- Ability to work alone as well as with others
- Large equipment operation
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated & positive attitude
- Reliable transportation with valid driver s license
- Basic mechanics knowledge
- Prior semi driving/hauling experience is required
Work Schedule:
- Work schedule would be somewhat flexible during times we are not in the field. During the busy Spring and Fall times, hours would increase.
- Weekend availability primarily during Spring & Fall harvest
- Holidays off
Salary:
- Varies depending on skill level and experience plus a host benefits.
