Inpatient Physical Rehabilitation Program Director

The Program Director, Inpatient Physical Rehab is responsible for the development and management of the strategic plan and overall operations of Inpatient Physical Rehab services. Facilitates development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable rehab services outcomes by using safe, cost-effective methods. Responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for management of staff; financial decisions, budgeting process, and the department's continuous effective operation, including ongoing growth and performance improvement.
