Our health system in Washington is seeking an OB/GYN to provide inpatient Obstetrics & Gynecology care for our patients. This is a call-only assignment providing coverage for our team on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Valid Washington State medical license
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required
Practice Setting:
- Join the largest, community-based health system in Washington, welcoming patients from across the Pacific Northwest region
- Support staff consists of 1 RN, 4 MAs, 2 APPs, and an office staff
- EPIC is utilized for charting
Cases & Procedures:
- Manage a variety of cases including pregnancies, ultrasounds, laceration repairs, minor gynecological procedures (IUDs, LEEPs), and surgical gynecology
- Procedures include surgical procedures include suction D&C, ectopics (laparoscopic, laparotomy), torsion (laparoscopic, laparotomy), sections, and hysterectomy
- Participate in deliveries, with an average of 650 deliveries per year
Schedule:
- Ongoing, inpatient assignment
- Call only, 1 in 6 call schedule
