TITLE: Injection Molding Technician - Night Shift

SHIFT: Night Shift, 6 PM to 6 AM
VACCINATION REQUIREMENT: None
We are looking for an Injection Molding Technician to join our growing team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for the injection molding process, including set-up and tear-down, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance
- In conjunction with production and R&D, ensure that molded components meet requirements and are produced on time to meet schedules
- Create documents for mold runs to allow traceability and duplication
- Ensures all safety standards are followed.
QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in injection molding or food manufacturing environment
- Good time management skills and the ability to delegate
- Good people skills, including communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to push, pull, or lift objects to 50 pounds.
