Qualifications:

Secondary Education (High School) required.

Vocational technical or trade school experience preferred.

One to two years technician experience in a similar molding operation, preferably with experience on 33 to 350-ton equipment. Additional experience as

automated machine operation helpful.

Responsibilities:

Supports the mold setup of Injection Mold Tooling. Responsible for material changes, mold transportation, installation, setup/startup within established validated

parameters, line clearances where applicable and cleanup of area and equipment. Delivers material to appropriate molding operations and processes scrap from

molding.

Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company

documented procedures (including knowledge of all standards, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes related to the site).

Follows outlined procedures, safety guidelines, and ensures quality and cost standards are met in order to maintain the company's competitive position in the

marketplace. Operates pallet jack, forklift, and other material handling equipment. This position is required to assure compliance of Company operations to all

applicable laws, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures (including but not limited to FDA, Quality Systems

Regulations, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, government occupational health and environmental regulations and statutes).

Perform all duties within applicable requirements established for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO, company or departmental policies and procedures.

Perform Line Clearance as required. Maintains neat and orderly work area to ensure efficiency and no safety hazards. Meets all quality, quantity, and good

manufacturing practices to satisfy customer and Regulatory Affairs requirements.
