Fishkill Home Care, a premier home health care agency serving the residents of Dutchess County, is seeking to hire an energetic and talented
Infusion Nurse. In this role, you will provide a broad range of clinical IV infusion therapies to our patients to allow them to recover in the comfort of their own home.
Responsibilities: Skillfully providing one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
Assessing the patient's condition and response to therapy, taking action as needed to facilitate achievement of treatment goals.
Skillfully providing one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
Establishing trust and building therapeutically effective relationships with our clients and their families.
Compassionately taking care of patients in order to allow them to recover in the comfort of their own home by using your clinical IV capabilities and personal touch.
Skillfully providing one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.

Required Qualifications: - NY RN license required with a minimum of one year home infusion experience
- Midline insertion certification a plus
- Accept cases with flexibility (morning, afternoon, evenings and weekends)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Full COVID-19 vaccination and/or proof of weekly negative testing
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Must be organized, responsible and dependable
