A high frequency trading firm in Chicago is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join one of their Fixed Income Currency and Commodities teams.
What you'll do:
- Designing and supporting the firms trading systems
- Design, build, and maintain the teams infrastructure and Kubernetes environments, built on both bare metal and cloud (AWS) systems.
- Manage their data storage platforms, data base architecture, and infrastructure frameworks
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience as an infrastructure engineer, Devops engineer, or SRE
- Strong background in python
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Linux administration, and AWS cloud maintenance
- Expertise in crypto trading, or FICC a plus
This role must sit out of the firms Chicago office working in a hybrid capacity of 3 days in office per week.
