Information Technology Support with Security Clearance

Job Title: Information Technology Support Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Support personnel to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining enterprise systems across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing basic operating system training, managing network accounts, and ensuring accurate inventory management of technology hardware and software. Responsibilities: Assist the Delta 7 Staff and supporting units in maintaining enterprise systems on NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS. Track, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for all classification levels of IT resources. Provide individual, basic hands-on operating system training to users as needed. Request creation of network accounts at all classification levels and provide initial passwords to users. Forward users' Annual Cyber Awareness Training certificates to the service desk for record-keeping. Support the Asset Manager in maintaining a current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources. Serve as mission system auditors with Government oversight. Qualifications: 3-5 years of IT experience in a multilevel SAP and SCI classified environment. IAT Level II certification. Active TS/SCI clearance and eligibility for SAP access. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across multiple networks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide basic operating system training to users. Experience in managing network accounts and maintaining inventory records. Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
