Job Description Quantum Research International, Inc. In addition to our corporate office, we have physical locations in Aberdeen, MD; Colorado Springs, CO; Crestview, FL; Orlando , FL and Tupelo, MS Mission: Quantum Research is currently seeking an experienced individual for our Information System Security Manager opening. As ISSM you will be the Technical Lead for Risk Management Framework (RMF) Certification and Accreditation documentation, standard operating procedures, policies, and security instructions for both networked and stand-alone computer systems and provides oversight and guidance for multiple government programs/systems. Responsibilities: Provide management and oversight to ISSOs across the organization. Responsible for cyber security policies and procedures to assist with identifying potential Cyber Security issues and to bring systems into full compliance with required NIST standards. As the security officer/manager represent the security team in meetings with the government sponsor and interface directly with Security Control Accessor/Validator. Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard information systems, networks, and databases. Implement, enforce, communicate, and develop security policies or plans for data collection systems, sensors, data, software applications, hardware, telecommunications, and information systems security education/ awareness programs. Review standard operating procedures and collaborate with all stakeholders concerning risk management activities. Serve as the IA lead for information system and evaluate proposed changes for security-relevant impacts. Responsible for understanding of information security requirements, with the ability to provide input into security operations for meetings/presentations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science or related field, with a minimum 10 years of experience working in a cleared contractor environment, Experience with RMF/NIST standards. Experience performing internal assessments against NIST SP 800-53/171/207 standards. DoD 8570 Information Assurance IAT/IAM level II-III certification Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of collaborative teams to achieve objectives.
