Job Description Overview: Quantum Research International, Inc. Mission: Quantum Research is currently seeking an experienced individual for our Information System Security Manager opening. As ISSM you will be the Technical Lead for Risk Management Framework (RMF) Certification and Accreditation documentation, standard operating procedures, policies, and security instructions for both networked and stand-alone computer systems and provides oversight and guidance for multiple Quest systems support test and experimentation scenarios and exercises CONUS and OCONUS. Responsibilities: Work with all members of the Quantum Quest Team to implement robust data collection systems to support both test and experimentation events and exercises. Responsible for Quest program mission support to include, but not limited to, Cyber Security policy, procedures, and regulations to assist with identifying potential Cyber Security issues. Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard information systems, networks, and databases. Implement, enforce, communicate, and develop security policies or plans for data collection systems, sensors, data, software applications, hardware, telecommunications, and information systems security education/ awareness programs. Review standard Quest practices and collaborate with all stakeholders concerning risk management activities. Serve as the IA lead for Quest information system and evaluate proposed changes for security-relevant impacts. Responsible for understanding of information security requirements, with the ability to provide input into Quest security operations for classified meetings/presentations, Visitor Control, Document Control, and facility maintenance activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science or related field, with a minimum 10 years of experience working in a cleared contractor environment, Experience with RMF/NIST standards. DoD 8570 Information Assurance IAT/IAM level II-III certification Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of collaborative teams to achieve objectives. DoD 8570 Information Assurance IAT/IAM level II-III certification CISM, CISSP, CISA, certification or equivalent, and/or ability to obtain within the first 90 days of hire. Experience performing internal and external assessments against NIST SP 800-53 standards. Security Clearance: Must have Secret with the ability to qualify and obtain a Top Secret/SCI (DoD Clearance requires candidate be a US Citizen ) Physical Requirements: Must be able to travel internationally and work in austere environments. Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. equipment containers un-assisted. Must be able to move through water, sand, and vegetation un-assisted.
