Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention and control (IPAC) programs.
- Monitor, investigate, and report infections to relevant authorities.
- Provide education and training on IPAC to staff, residents, and families.
- Conduct ongoing surveillance to identify and prevent infection outbreaks.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent IPAC practices.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in infection prevention and control.
- Knowledge of state and federal IPAC regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
