Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate infection prevention and control (IPAC) programs.
  • Monitor, investigate, and report infections to relevant authorities.
  • Provide education and training on IPAC to staff, residents, and families.
  • Conduct ongoing surveillance to identify and prevent infection outbreaks.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure consistent IPAC practices.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in infection prevention and control.
  • Knowledge of state and federal IPAC regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
