The Infection Preventionist reports to the Director of Nursing to develop a system of care that promotes sound and scientific infection prevention principles and practices. This individual is accountable for decreasing the incidence and transmission of infectious diseases between patients, staff, visitors and the community. Through strategic planning, leadership and consultation, you will lead and direct a robust team in the identification and implementation of infection prevention goals and objectives throughout the facility.

The Staff Development Director / Coordinator is primarily responsible encouraging the personal well-being and professional growth of all employees while ensuring current training and in-service education by collaborating with all department heads to ensure that ongoing education and development is implemented and maintained by conducting on-site education and staff improvement training sessions, ensuring issues surrounding compliance are satisfied.


Nurse managers supervise nursing staff in a hospital or clinical settings. They oversee patient care, make management and budgetary decisions, set work schedules, coordinate meetings, and make personnel decisions. They also recruit and train nurses and other health care professionals and maintain a facility's records.



Pay is $38-$40 an hour DOE with a $20,000 sign on bonus which will be paid out monthly for the duration of a year.

Rentention bonuses are also offered and will be discussed further in the interview process.

Current RN or LPN licence is REQUIRED
