Job Description
Brightspeed is looking for an Industrial Security Technician II to join our team. As an Industrial Security Technician II you will be responsible for installation, inspection, and service of Life Safety, Security, Card Access and Video Surveillance products and services. You will educate the customer on proper operation of equipment and make recommendations to customer for any upgrade or additional life safety needs.
As an Industrial Security Technician II your responsibilities will include:
Installation, Service, and Inspections of Life Safety Systems
Installation and service of Security Systems
Installation and service of Card Access Systems
Installation and service of Video Surveillance Systems
Educating customers on proper operations of systems
Maintain vehicle and company supplies and inventory
Recommend and perform any needed upgrades to customers' systems
Complete paperwork and invoicing of customer via Tech application
Meet monthly up sales quota by recommending services to customer
Other duties as assigned
