Pay: $18-19/hr.

Hours: Monday- Wednesday 5AM-5PM Thursday (5AM-1:30PM)

This job requires the individual to work with and around overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power equipment, automated equipment and other hazardous processes which requires this job to be classified as a SAFETY SENSITIVE position.

Job Description:

The role involves applying industrial coatings at recommended thickness levels. This includes mixing, thinning, and adjusting spray equipment to ensure proper atomization. After priming, the job requires applying a second coat to the specified thickness. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of work performed is essential. Operating overhead cranes and power tools is part of the daily tasks. It's imperative to inspect and ensure all equipment is in good working condition at the start and end of each shift. Any equipment or product defects must be promptly reported to the supervisor for immediate action.

Requirements:

1 Year Painting experience required. Must be familiar with various coatings. Should be familiar with effects of temperature and humidity on coatings. Knowledge of fast and slow evaporating solvents. Familiar with drawings and understanding data sheets on paint.
