Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, along with a solid understanding of industrial equipment maintenance procedures. The Industrial Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks on industrial machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Collaborate with other team members to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
Assist on other production work around the plant

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools.
Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
