Overview:
- Performs a variety of routine and complex tasks including setup, troubleshooting, repair, predictive and preventive maintenance schedules, and improvement of all production equipment.
Major Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair on the following machines/equipment: Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical systems for CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Manual Mills, Manual Lathes, Mold Injection machines, Steam Boilers, Autoclaves, Spray Systems, Sandblasters, and various Forklifts.
- Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Dismantles defective machines/equipment to detect malfunction.
- Keeps accurate records of documents in company databases.
- Understands the use of power tools and pipe threading machines.
- Reads basic drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Properly uses and cares for equipment.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of related experience repairing CNC Machines, Manual Machines and Sandblaster Machines.
- Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in Manufacturing.
