We are seeking an Industrial Inside Sales Supervisor for our Pipe, Valves, & Fittings group in Romeoville, IL.

JOB DUTIES:

The Industrial Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing the Product Specialists and the daily workflow of the PVF department. Initiate reviews and processing of branch contracts and projects.

Review and approve large quotations.
Coordinate contract and large program proposals in Excel & online portals.
Manage reports detailing department metrics and industry-specific information.
Assist the Director with updating quarterly pricing contracts with vendors and customers.
Form partnerships with existing and new vendors to gain more market share.
Develop and distribute sales leads for branches.
Work with purchasing to update replacement costs.
Develop and present product training.
Report on vendor and commodity pricing changes.
Evaluate and optimize pricing strategies for strategic customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree is preferred in a business-related field.
A minimum of 3-5 years in a sales/customer service/purchasing work environment.
Pipe Valve & Fitting background is highly recommended.
This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must maintain confidentiality with financial reports, pay scales, supplier costs, and other proprietary company information.
Off-site travel is required to other branches, vendor visits, and seminars.
