Our company is seeking a seasoned and innovative Industrial Engineer with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. This is a permanent full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on various projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing processes, conducting time studies, and managing engineering change notifications. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet business goals and objectives.
2. Conduct time studies to analyze work procedures, workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout for maximum efficiency.
3. Manage engineering change notifications to ensure timely communication and implementation of changes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve manufacturing and production problems.
5. Develop systems and procedures that promote design for manufacturability and improve production efficiency.
6. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
7. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing manufacturing processes and equipment.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
9. Develop cost analysis systems and production planning.
10. Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in developing processes, conducting time studies, and managing engineering change notifications.
4. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control procedures.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
6. Proficient in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong project management and organizational skills.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
10. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
11. Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
