Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on process improvement and engineering excellence.

Strong knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM) principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.

Project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work effectively and lead in a cross-functional team environment.

Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving change.

Familiarity with DevOps / Agile Methodology.
