Additional Job Information Work with a diverse population of people with mental health and/or physical disabilities, living in the community in their own apartments, assisted living programs, or their own homes. Majority of work hours are in the community working face-to-face with clients Provide training, education and support in all daily living skill areas. Services are designed to help clients maintain or increase their independence Locations include Ramsey County, and a few in Hennepin, Dakota, and Washington Counties Requirements 18 years of age Minimum 1 year experience, preferably MI experience Valid Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance with good driving record. Able to lift 50 lbs. Establish and maintain professional boundaries Good communication skills Able to be accountable for your time, report your schedule to your supervisor daily, and immediately report any changes Able to work in challenging environments, i.e. person served apartments, with smokers, pets, hoarders, and unclean apartments; also with persons served that may have hygiene issues. Proficiency with computer skills including email and Microsoft Office Salary Range USD $18.00 - $18.60 / Hour
