Territory location: West Palm Beach, FL

SP Sales & Marketing is currently seeking a qualified independent outside sales representative to help us sell and market MasterBrand to our existing dealer base as well as prospect for new dealers in the great state of Florida. This is an established territory with an established book of business. The ideal living location for this position is flexible as the territory covers Southwest Florida. Success in this position is earned by developing relationships with the dealer's designers and helping them sell kitchens and supporting them when issues arise. This is an independent contractor role and the individual selected will be a 1099 contractor and work as a commissioned sales representative. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, self-motivated go-getter, have great organization skills, and be passionate about the cabinet industry.

Objectives of this Role

Have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the cabinet industry

Meet annual sales target through the successful implementation of MasterBrand programs and personal connection with the designers and dealers

Generate leads and build relationships

Add new accounts/dealers to the existing portfolio of business

Planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing dealers and prospects

Work on pull-through selling, identifying and prospecting with builders, interior designers, and remodelers and bringing them to dealers to facilitate the sale
