We are on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Permanent In-House Coordinator to join our team in the medical industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment, where your contribution will directly impact the quality of healthcare education and services we provide. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the in-house activities related to healthcare education and training, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage the in-house healthcare education programs, ensuring they are in line with the organization's objectives and regulatory requirements.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the quality of healthcare education and training programs.
3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of healthcare education initiatives.
4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments to meet the changing needs of the organization and the industry.
5. Foster a learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
6. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities and participants.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to healthcare education.
9. Provide guidance and support to staff regarding their educational needs and career development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an asset.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare education or a related role.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
4. Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
6. Proven ability to develop and implement effective healthcare education programs.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
8. Proficient in the use of computer applications related to the job, such as MS Office and healthcare management systems.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
