To learn more about us, visit In the role of Implementation Project Manager, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your project management and technical skills across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. You will be part of the growing team and collaborative environment where your opinion and ideas matter. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with client stakeholders and internal team members to develop project plans and track milestones and deliverables. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Track and manage budget and resources. Identify issues and risks to mitigate issues with scope, cost, and schedule. Work with professional services, sales, and the product team to help produce estimates for resources, time, and budget. Collaborate extensively with all contributors and stakeholders by communicating expectations throughout the project and providing updates to key stakeholders (both onsite and remotely). Add to detailed discussions by exhibiting Billing expertise and best practices. Manage the project process through planning, development, testing, and delivery phases.
