Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Immigration Paralegal to join our Legal team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2+ years of experience in the legal industry, with a strong background in immigration law. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing various immigration forms.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration laws, regulations, and policies
  • Draft legal documents, such as affidavits, declarations, and briefs
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for their cases
  • Manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Translate legal documents and interpret for Spanish-speaking clients
  • Attend USCIS interviews and hearings with clients and attorneys
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a positive reputation for the firm

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the legal industry
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • USCIS experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
