Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in handling complex immigration cases, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position in the legal industry, and the successful candidate will be required to hold an Active State Bar license (any state in the US) and be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in all aspects of immigration law, including permanent residency, citizenship, and naturalization.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including removal proceedings and appeals.
  • Attend interviews and hearings with clients and government agencies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policy and advise clients accordingly.
  • Manage a caseload of immigration matters and ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
  • Handle Immigration bond hearings, deportation removals, green card, citizenship, deferred inspections, and appeals

Qualifications:

  • Florida State Bar or any other US State Bar license Required.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in immigration law.
  • Fluent in Spanish is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
