Trusted Staffe is partnering with a leading Level 1 Trauma Center in Orange, CA to find a qualified Imaging Supervisor to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Nuclear Medicine, PET, and CT departments, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient operations, and staff development.

About the Opportunity:

As an Imaging Supervisor (NM/PET/CT), you will play a vital role in the success of the imaging department. Your responsibilities will include:

Directly supervising Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

Ensuring timely patient throughput and adherence to departmental protocols.

Performing advanced imaging exams in Nuclear Medicine.

Maintaining and calibrating imaging equipment.

Developing and implementing departmental policies and procedures.

Creating a positive and supportive work environment for the imaging team.

Collaborating with physicians to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid CNMT, ARRT(N), or NMTCB license.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Radiologic Technologist.

Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and staff effectively.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Experience with PET/CT imaging is a plus.
