Boulder Community health is seeking a Registered Nurse Imaging - to provide quality, evidence-based practice, direct patient care in Interventional Radiology, CT, MRI, US, Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging departments. Responsibilities nursing care in conformance with current recognized nursing practice, procedures, policies and established standards of care. the quality and timeliness of patient care by working cooperatively with other personnel. all pre-procedural tests to assure patient safety. Incomplete or unusual findings are reported to the radiologist and documented prior to procedure. IV and access and discontinue access of Ports. patient conditions continuously for immediate recognition, interpretation and management. intravenous sedatives for procedural/moderate sedation and titrate medications. inter-departmental communication with staff and physicians. Anesthesia during MRI Sedation cases. and assist pacemaker patients during MRI exams.
