Imaging Accounts Payable Representative
Location:
Remote (Will be onsite in Lincoln RI one day per week)
Pay rate:
$17 /HR on w2
Responsible for scanning and importing a range of documents and electronic files into the Imaging System repository overseeing the quality control process.
• Operate document imaging equipment to create electronic files or archives
• Import electronic files into Imaging software
Basic understanding of accounting, reconciliations and accounts payable functions
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Proficiency in Microsoft File Explorer
