Job Description:
Client requires an expert-level Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to assist Information Security Office in architectural designs, planning efforts and maintenance IAM implementation.
This subject matter expert will manage the ongoing development, configuration, and customization of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for WAHBE using ForgeRock Identity as a Service.
This resource will collaborate with ForgeRock to monitor product releases and track release issues/bugs. Additionally, this resource will collaborate with the Product Owner on application integration.
The position must establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff at all levels within client, vendors, and others as needed. Required:
7+ years of IAM experience using ForgeRock Identity & Access Management.
Excellent understanding of development SDLC, architecture design and IT operations.
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on IAM and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
Experience in implementing IAM solutions in cloud platform.
Experience with vendor management and oversight.
Experience in enabling SSO and Federation using SAML, OAuth and OIDC; MFA, Risk Based Authentication.
Good understanding of TCP/IP and RESTful based architectures.
Strong advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, systems changes, and system health for root cause.
Experience in assisting Incident investigations during security/privacy incidents.
Experience developing and documenting business processes and workflows as implemented in IAM.
Ability to meet established deadlines.
Ability to establish timely and mutually agreed upon review periods.
Ability to document findings, recommendations, and mitigations strategies.
Ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to gather meaningful stakeholder feedback.
Ability to effectively communicate knowledge transfer to client's staff.
Ability to write clear, concise documentation.
Demonstration of professional quality and prevailing professional standard and ethics.
Performance of services in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill standard to the industry. Desired:
Experience understanding and implementing IT Security controls.
Ability to learn and apply new concepts.
Knowledge of Google cloud security.
Experience working with Security information and event management.
Experience in the government and/or health care fields.
Understanding of standards and guidelines in areas of IRS 1075, MARS-E, NIST, FISMA, HITECH, etc.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
