Identity Access Management Consultant

• These positions are on the Identity Governance side, not the administrator/engineering side.
• Core identity governance is currently done through One Identity, so experience working with this tool is important.
• Need resources who can identify anomalies in the system and work with the development team to rectify those irregularities. Should have a proactive mindset in problem identification and resolution.
• Any experience with .Net/SQL would be helpful, but there will not be any programming involved in this role. It would be helpful in understanding some of the custom programs they've developed to manage access.

• Background of Identity Governance tools like One Identity, SailPoint.
• Strong experience in general Identity and Access Management and IT Security principles.
• Good, functional knowledge of Active Directory Users and Groups.
• Intermediate level SQL & Powershell skills.
• Excellent at problem solving and follow up.
• Nice to have: .Net, API based integration.

Responsibilities:

• Work with other teams, vendors, and service providers to implement best practices with identity governance
• Proactively identify gaps in the system and brainstorm potential solutions
• Review incident tickets and work orders, follow up with users to ensure addressing their concerns in a timely manner
• Other responsibilities as required
