Requirements / Qualifications Candidates may qualify academically by: (A) having completed 48 units of semester credits or 60 units of quarter credits from an institution of higher education; or (B) graduation from high school and passage of a formal District assessment that demonstrates knowledge and the ability to assist in teaching reading, writing, and mathematics; or reading, writing, and mathematics readiness. Completion of a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) program from an approved institution of learning recognized by the State of California. Experience: At least one year of paid or volunteer experience providing related health care services.
