We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Hyperion Functional Administrator to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is a hybrid role that will require the individual to work both on-site and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial system administration, Hyperion Financial Management, and accounting. This role is critical to our business operations and will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial systems.
Responsibilities:
As a Hyperion Functional Administrator, you will be responsible for:
1. Administering and maintaining our Hyperion Financial Management system, including managing security, data integration, and system upgrades.
2. Working closely with the finance team to understand their needs and ensure the system is meeting those needs.
3. Developing and implementing financial reports and dashboards to provide key insights to the business.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving any system issues in a timely manner.
5. Providing training and support to users on the Hyperion system.
6. Working with the IT team to ensure the system is integrated with other key business systems.
7. Continually assessing the system to identify areas for improvement and implementing those improvements.
8. Ensuring the system is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.
9. Participating in strategic planning and budgeting processes, and providing input on the use of the Hyperion system.
Qualifications:
The candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IT, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial system administration, with a focus on Hyperion Financial Management.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
6. Experience with data integration and system upgrades.
7. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
9. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
10. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
