Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hydraulic Service Technician to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing hydraulic systems and equipment. This role demands a professional with a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair various hydraulic equipment and systems within manufacturing plants, steel forging mills, and on construction sites
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with hydraulic pumps, cylinders, and valves, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.
3. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to avoid unexpected breakdowns and maintain optimal performance.
4. Provide field service support, responding to emergency breakdowns and performing on-site repairs as needed.
5. Operate hydraulic press and welding equipment, adhering to all safety standards and protocols.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all equipment and systems are operating at peak performance.
7. Prepare and present detailed service reports and documentation for management and customers.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in hydraulic technology, implementing new practices and equipment as necessary.
