Position Overview: Join us as a Staff Accountant. You'll assist property and corporate staff with financial matters under the guidance of our Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and analyze general ledgers.
- Review monthly reports for compliance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with year-end processes, audits, and tax services.
- Ensure financial controls and compliance.
- Process payroll accurately and on time.
- Process and audit invoices for accuracy.
- Handle vendor inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of financial accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency with payroll and accounting software.
- Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Yardi Voyager software experience preferred.
- ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
