Hybrid Primary Care Opportunity

Location: Situated along the spectacular Northern California coastline north of San Francisco, this city is one of California s best kept secrets. Facility: These Community Health Centers have been deemed a Federally Qualified Health Center which have 13 clinics spread throughout their outlying counties, serving approximately 50,000 patients a year and employing over 500 members of the community. Opportunity: Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a hybrid position.
Full-time opportunity requires the candidate to be onsite one week per quarter and the first two weeks of employment

The provider will be responsible for managing the care of a full panel of patients
Candidate must reside in California Compensation: Competitive base salary ($250-295,000) depending on experience with productivity and incentive bonuses. Up to $100,000 sign on/retention, relocation, and full benefits. Ability for high loan repayment as the facility qualifies for the NHSC.
