This Contract-to-Hire role as a Hybrid ORMB Account Specialist in Chicago, IL or Richardson, TX will be responsible for day-to-day billing account setup and maintenance activities for national and local accounts, supporting account conversion activities (including testing), and providing subject matter expertise for account setup activities.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day billing account setup and maintenance activities for national and local accounts,
- Supporting account conversion activities (including testing)
- Providing subject matter expertise for account setup activities
- Monitoring reports for anomalies, interfacing with internal/external teams, and meeting all SLAs.
Requirements:
- 2 years of college in Accounting or Business fields
- 1 year experience in group health billing account set up or Accts Receivable
- Strong experience in Excel, Outlook, Word
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong time management skills
- Some project management experience
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interface with varying departments and levels of leadership across the organization.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and deliver a high-quality product
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior role in healthcare industry
- Prior role in Sales and Marketing (account management)
- ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) experience
- Salesforce experience
- Bluestar experience
