About You:
- 1+ year of Administrative experience
- Looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, and a quick-learner with a business background
- Experience reviewing and preparing lease documents and contracts
- Experience with Docusign
About the Job:
- Tasked with providing comprehensive support to both internal and external sales representatives and partners to achieve sales objectives through the cultivation and upkeep of strong relationships with customers.
- Responsibilities include facilitating lease transactions, communicating with various stakeholders including vendors, customers, and management, and serving as the primary contact for partners.
- Additional duties involve preparing and processing financial agreements, ensuring pricing structures align with requirements, resolving customer issues, and overseeing contract activation and funding.
- This role also involves confirming equipment delivery, managing UCC filings and lien searches, calculating pricing, leading team projects, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Please note, this position is a Hybrid workplace model and the client requires candidates to be local to the Devon, PA area. Additionally, this is a Contract position that will last roughly 3 months.
