HVAC Technician

Our client is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills that will align successfully with the organization.

Commercial HVAC Technician

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Rate: $30-$33/hr. (Negotiable)

Job Description

Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned buildings.

Assures that equipment is being maintained in an energy-efficient, safe manner and downtime is reduced to a minimum by anticipation of necessary repairs and keeping records of past operating experiences.

Required

EPA Universal Certification.

Valid Driver's License.

Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in commercial HVAC systems.
