Position Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working HVAC service technician with experience installing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

Must be able to live and model our core values: Respect, Integrity, Safety and Quality.






Position Requirements

Experience (willing to train):
HVAC new residential experience
Minimum 1-year customer service experience
EPA Certified required
Vocational trade school concentrating in HVAC (preferred)
Valid Driver License and clean driving record

Responsibility:
Travel to location sites as scheduled (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Communicate and follow-up with Superintendent
Own basic tools
Must be able to lift 70 pounds

Knowledge:
Advanced understanding of HVAC equipment
Troubleshooting and working through construction issues to come up with creative solutions without sacrificing quality
Startup and testing in new residential HVAC equipment
Highly organized and superior communication skills
Team focused

Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour
