Aggressive Mechanical Contractors is seeking a hard-working HVAC service manager to join our growing team. The position is based out of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We are looking for passionate, talented people that take pride in what they do. Are you qualified, personable, and experienced as a service manager, looking to be a part of an award-winning company with a family atmosphere? We want you. Must be competent in the diagnosis and repair of all aspects of residential HVAC to assist service technicians in the field by phone or on site. Must have the ability to maintain a daily service calendar, materials and equipment, communicate efficiently, handle a high volume of calls, maintain customer relations with exceptional customer service as well as resolve customer dissatisfaction when needed. Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus but will train the right candidate. All applicants must be willing to maintain communication with on-call technicians during the evenings and weekends via the on-call rotation. Applicants must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license.
