Description:
The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for project management and account sales of residential custom home projects.
Wage range: 90-110K+ Bonus, Vehicle Allowance etc.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of HVAC projects for high end homes.
- Collaborate internally with engineering department to ensure accurate scope of work and costs. Manage job costs and budget. Minimize cost.
- Complete work in progress reviews. Visit job sites to communicate progress, safety needs, and opportunities with the production department.
- Bill projects
- Complete buyout pricing with subcontractors and for large equipment and material orders.
- Stay up on the latest products and technology in the HVAC industry.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-In-Training (EIT).
- 10 years of experience in HVAC design and project management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Highly organized and goal driven
- Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Project management experience
Desired Skills & Experience
- Construction or field experience
- Customer service experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- HVAC (mechanical) experience
- Estimating experience
