Exact Staff is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Professional for a direct hire position in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing residential garden apartments, performing mechanical maintenance, and managing various HVAC systems, including oil and gas boilers, heat pump systems, and straight forced air gas and electrical units. - Employment Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire
- Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Compensation : $28 per hour with potential increase after 6 months (subject to performance)
- On-Call: Every 3rd week for specific emergencies ($110.00 monthly stipend)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform service work for residential garden apartments in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
- Conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations on various HVAC equipment including oil and gas boilers, heat pump systems, and straight forced air gas and electrical units.
- Utilize Universal Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Certification knowledge for HVAC-related work.
- Perform general mechanical maintenance such as plumbing and appliance repairs as needed.
- Manage and maintain the company-provided vehicle (2017 F-250 pickup truck) for daily job duties.
- Maintain a clean driving record and criminal record.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns efficiently.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and industry standards in all job tasks.
