Main Responsibility:

System Installation: Utilize your expertise to install heating and cooling systems accurately and efficiently. Ensure all installations meet company standards for quality and safety, providing optimal performance and achieving customer satisfaction.

Key Subtasks:

Communication: Maintain constant communication with dispatch, managers, and team members to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of projects.

Vehicle Maintenance: Drive and maintain a tidy company truck, ensuring it is clean both inside and out, and keeping an up-to-date inventory of tools and supplies.

Inventory Management: Regularly check and restock the truck inventory to ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available for each job.

Documentation: Meticulously handle and complete all required paperwork, maintaining accurate records of installations and service interventions.

Professionalism: Project a polished and professional appearance, adhering to the company's dress code and conduct standards.

Safety and Compliance: Maintain a spotless driving record, adhere to traffic laws, and follow company policies and safety guidelines.

Continuous Learning: Actively engage in growth-focused training programs and pursue necessary certifications, with support from the company to foster professional growth.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
