As a Human Resources Trainer, you will be r esponsible for administration/maintenance of established training programs and initiatives in partnership with Training Team Leadership and Operations partners. You'll also: - Provides exceptional service to associates during the onboarding, orientation and training process and assists associates with the LMS, digital trainings, and scheduling a training session through Dayforce.
- Assist in the scheduling/administration of the training facilities including facility up-keep, supply/stock levels, general set-up and maintenance.
- Interact with and assists individuals in an outgoing, friendly, flexible, and professional manner.
- Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with co-workers.
