Skills / Experience Required
- 5 + years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) work experience with a background in civilian personnel management systems
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to ensure mission success
- Support the management and oversight of Air Force military and civilian personnel systems
- Ensure effective administration and maintenance of HR information systems
- Develop, deliver, manage, and maintain HR information systems tailored to departments' needs
- Administer, deliver, maintain, advise, and adapt basic HR concepts, principles, and theories to meet military departments' requirements
- Manage and support recruitment and placement processes within the civilian personnel system, ensuring adherence to guidelines
- Facilitate human resource development activities, including performance management, to ensure continuous improvement and development
- Oversee and manage performance management systems to align personnel performance with organizational goals and standards
- Support professional and career development training programs
- Ensure personnel training history records are complete, accurate, and comply with regulatory guidelines
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor' degree: Arts (BA), Science (BS)
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education
