M1 Support Services is looking for a Human Resources / Security Administrator:
• Performs a variety of Human Resources / Security Administrator duties and processing of documentation of HR and Security transactions to include employee access to work site on Federal installation and government computer systems.
• Acts as liaison between assigned site and M1 Home Office Administrative, Security, Human Resources, and Accounting.
• Applies appropriate precedents, rules, or procedures IAW CBA and Company Policies and Procedures.
• Prepare and post job postings for internal and external hiring. Post job postings internally in accordance with the CBA.
• Performs in/out processing of employees.
• Examines and/or processes personnel action documents using experience in applying personnel procedures and policies
(i.e. New Hire, Benefits, Leave of Absence, Terminations etc.).
• Responds to varied HR related questions from applicants, employees, and/or management.
• Provide information to managers on availability of applicants and status of hiring actions.
• Familiar with state and federal employment laws including EEOC, OFCCP, AAP, Title VII, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, etc.
• Prepares applicable memos, letters, responses, and forms to process required HR actions.
• Responsible for the accurate completion of required HR documents and entries into the HRIS.
• Ensures applicable managers and supervisors maintain HIPPA training.
• Responsible for scheduling and notifying work centers and employees of random monthly drug testing.
• Carry out security training activities and functions in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
• Provide support to M1 mission by ensuring personnel obtain and maintain the required clearances and access.
• In-processes and out-processes personnel, ensuring all initial security training and debriefs are accomplished.
• Assists M1 Support Services Security Office in preparing security program guidance and policy guidelines that meet requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
• Notify M1 Support Services Security Office, employees, and supervisors of current clearance statuses. Initiate Periodic Reinvestigations in National Background Investigation Service (NBIS) to ensure employees clearances do not lapse.
• Maintain a working knowledge of NBIS eApp online security investigation application platform.

• Assists employees with proper completion of the eApp. Coordinates completion of eApp packages with individuals and M1 Support Services Security Office.
• Reviews submitted eApps for errors and notifies individuals or required corrections prior to submitting eApps to the Government for review/processing for final adjudication.
• Compiles data and provides regular reports to Human Resources/Security Administrator, M1 Management, and 57 MXG Security Managers/AMIC as required.
• Provide data input and data interpretation of security information in Defense Information System for Security (DISS). Coordinate visit requests for M1 Support Services personnel through DISS.
• Ensure employees complete company specific Foreign Travel briefings/debriefings.
• Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues with Human Resources systems.
• Monitor and report on service levels in handling Human Resources Information System requests.
• Assist with other HR projects, both within HRIS and in the various HR functional areas. Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in related field
• Must obtain/maintain security clearance.
• 3-5 years of HRIS/HRMS experience.
• Knowledge of common Security regulations, documentation systems (DISS, NBIS).
• Knowledge of NISPOM requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including advanced data functions in Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
• Current drivers' license.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Reliable, self- motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines.
• Detail oriented.

• Ability to handle confidential material.
